Welcome to the secluded hair studio located in the vibrant and creative Custard Factory. White Rabbit is all about being uniquely yourself. The studio is a safe place for all to express themselves through hair. Colour is a personal journey that is a huge part of identity and expression, and with a mix of technical knowledge and passion for the creative process that will create and experience that will celebrate your individuality.
My name is Rita. I am a creative colour focused technician. Ranging in styles like clean and bright blondes or creative and intense vivids - with many years of experience and creative colour knowledge. Originally trained stateside, I have a passion for making people feel like the best version of themselves. My mission as a hairdresser has always been to connect with people to deliver the hair that reflects who you are inside.

The studio is a safe and friendly place for everyone.
The studio is wheelchair accessible and doggy friendly. There is two lifts and accessible and gender neutral toilets.
All new colour clients will need a skin allergy test and consultation in-person at least 48 hours before your desired appointment.
The studio is a relaxing, low volume place. Please keep phone calls in headphones only, and be mindful of the ambience of the studio. You are welcome to bring your laptop and work remotely, free Wi-fi is available.
You are welcome to bring food & drinks to your appointment, there are all manner of hot drinks available but don't hesitate to bring something you prefer!
If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you may be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit if you decide to book again.
There is multiple parking options available in the centre of Digbeth. Ideally The Trinity street carpark is only a 6 min walk from the studio, and the Digbeth Court carpark is relatively inexpensive.
Alternatively, if you decide to use public transport, the studio is a 15 min walk from New street and Moor street rail stations. There are also many bus links to the area, you can check using your local NXWM journey planner.
The studio is on the third floor, when you arrive please let me know you are here and I can come downstairs and collect you! The entrance to the greenhouse is located next to the Doctor Oculus glasses shop. Weekdays before 5pm you are welcome to wait in Digbeth reception across from passing fancies bar., or Kanteen cafe.
All color services are a from price. Meaning if your hair takes extra time or product needed to achieve our goal then there may be extra charge
